Partner meeting to launch the second phase of the project "HITMOBILE"
On April 29, 2025, in the Conference Hall of the leading organization - Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems "Acad. Evgeni Budevski" - BAS, the kick-off meeting of the Second Phase of the project Center of Competence "HITMOBILE - Technologies and Systems for Generation, Storage and Consumption of Clean Energy" took place.
The event was led by the project manager, Corresponding Member Prof. Dr. Evelina Slavcheva, and its participants were representatives of the partner organizations, the research and administrative team of the project.
The main items on the agenda were the election of management bodies - Scientific Council and Executive Council, and the consideration of the management policy, internal rules and regulations. The procedures for appointing research and innovation staff were discussed. Rules for the use of the scientific infrastructure, including laboratory units and equipment, mechanisms for reporting the work done and the use of the infrastructure through laboratory diaries and measuring machine and man-hours were also discussed. Guidelines for the preparation of technical reports on the progress of the implementation of research tasks were presented. Regarding policies related to intellectual property and the commercialization of scientific results, the plan for the development of a portfolio of intellectual property rights and the structure for the transfer of knowledge and technology were discussed.
The meeting ended with the definition of key performance indicators and parameters for evaluating the results, and the next steps were also identified with a view to the effective management and sustainable development of the center.
