A strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth

This document sets out the basic principles and rules governing access by external users to the research infrastructure. The policy is aligned with national legislation, the Framework for State Aid for Research, Development and Innovation (2014/C 198/01), the Partnership Agreement of 03.02.2017 and its annexes, as well as the principles laid down in the European Charter for Access to Research Infrastructures (2016).
The policy and rules for the use of the research infrastructure were adopted on 29.04.2025 by the representatives of the partner organisations participating in the consortium – the “HITMOBIL Competence Centre” Association – and enter into force as of the date of their adoption.
